7th & 8th graders learned about the history of China, their beliefs as well as studied their artwork. We discussed the element of form, types of sculpture and basic hand-building clay techniques. 7th & 8th Grade - Texture Animals

7th and 8th graders did an outstanding job with their texture projects! With this project, we learned techniques on how to use oil pastels. Then, we created actual texture by embossing aluminum foil and staining the metal to bring out the texture lines.
